Big Chief Victor Harris is the founder of Fi Yi Yi Spirit of the Mandingo Warriors and has masked Black Indian for 59 years. He is a visual artist, performer, musician, historian, curator and cultural icon. He will be working on designs for his tribe and his own art work: masks, shields, patches.
