Olamide Eniola is a doctoral student in Linguistic Anthropology. His research interests lie in the media representation and audience consumption of news about terrorism, with a focus on the security situation in Nigeria as a case study. As a resident at A Studio in the Woods, he will draft a dissertation chapter on how media language implicates the environment and makes it culpable in the reporting of terrorism.
