Crystal Zheng

Dr. Crystal Zheng is an Assistant Professor in the Section of Infectious Diseases at Tulane University School of Medicine and a practicing infectious diseases physician. Her clinical and research interests focus on tuberculosis, HIV, emerging infectious diseases, and public health responses to epidemics and disasters. During her residency at A Studio in the Woods, she will be working on a manuscript examining emergency response and continuity of care at an HIV clinic during Hurricane Ida, exploring the challenges, adaptations, and lessons learned in maintaining essential healthcare services during a major natural disaster.
