Replenish Residencies 2025-26 Application Deadline

April 7

Replenish Residencies provides one to two week restorative visioning retreats to South Louisiana BIPOC artists and culture bearers. In light of the many racial disparities still present in our society at large and the arts economy specifically, we offer these residencies to provide time to rest and restore, vision, and create. The call is open to BIPOC artists and culture bearers from the South Louisiana Parishes including Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, Allen, Jefferson Davis, Evangeline, Acadia, Vermillion, St. Landry, Lafayette, St. Martin, St. Mary,  Iberia, Pointe Coupee, Iberville, Assumption, Terrebonne, West Feliciana, East Feliciana, West Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge, Ascension, St. James, St. John, St. Charles, Lafourche, St. Helena, Livingston, Tangipahoa, Washington, St. Tammany, Jefferson, Orleans, St. Bernard and Plaquemines who have not attended a residency before.

The Studio focuses on interrelated areas of programming, including residencies for artists and scholars, forest restoration, and science-inspired art engagement for children and adults. We center interdependence, wonder, care, and inclusivity in all of our work and believe the essential and transformative powers of art and the natural environment are central to a thriving future for all.
