Sunflowa, first and foremost, is the mother of two young men (20 and 17). She is a plant-based pastry chef/chef, creating healthy meals and sweets to enjoy. She has a deep love for singing and dance which helps to center and ground herself and stay connected. She loves being in nature to connect and restore. She is looking to dive deeper into performing through singing and dance. She loves to create, whether it be baking, cooking, dancing, singing, painting, or taping into herbalism, as long as she is in a space of expressing myself and sharing with others.
