DESCRIPTION:Our 16th Annual FORESTival: A Celebration of Art & Nature will be held on Saturday\, November 14\, 11 – 5pm. \nPurchase tickets here! \nThis family-friendly celebration features live music\, artist presentations by current and former residents\, special guest artists\, guided walks in the woods with scientists\, hands-on art and science activities for the entire family\, local eats available for purchase and a silent auction! \nHelp make this celebration happen by volunteering or sponsoring this year’s event. \nPlease note: Standard parking requires a ~10 minute walk to FORESTival. Drop-off is available at the entrance. If the driver would like to request accessible parking\, please email info@astudiointhewoods.org by Wednesday 11/12. Accessible parking will be available on a limited\, first-come first-served basis. \nFORESTival 2026 will feature: \n\nMusic performances\nArtistic presentations from former residents and guest artists\nThe Green House featuring frontline and fence-line climate organizations and efforts\nLocal food & beverage \nArt & Science activities for kids and kids-at-heart alike\nWalks in the Woods with Ecologist David Baker\nPhoto booth \nSilent auction of one-of-a-kind art objects and experiences\n\nA Studio in the Woods is located in Lower Algiers at 13401 Patterson Rd.
